Refund and Returns Policy – Pick and Pair
At Pick and Pair, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@pickandpair.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or design, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
