Refund and Returns Policy – Pick and Pair

At Pick and Pair, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@pickandpair.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a different size or design, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
